We’re Building One Inbox for All Channels
Why we decided to build a new platform designed to handle the noise in modern communication.
TL;DR
Outbound has shifted from "sending volume" to "reply management." Fragmented channels create chaos. We're building a unified "Reply Layer" to triage intent and simplify the relationship timeline. Join the mission.
We're Building One Inbox for All Channels
I'm Wojtek, and I'm building Meshline because I got tired of living in chaos.
The Problem (And Why It's Destroying Our Days)
I lose track of emails all the time. A prospect reaches out, I reply, and then I don't hear back until I stumble across the thread three weeks later wondering why they went silent. Sometimes they were waiting for me the whole time. I just never saw the response.
This is my life now. And if you work in sales, growth, or partnerships, it's probably yours too.
Every morning I wake up to dozens of messages spread across different places. Some emails land in my main inbox. Others get filtered somewhere. Slack is blowing up with notifications I don't need. LinkedIn DMs stack up. My assistant sends me stuff via another tool entirely.
By the time I get through the noise and actually focus on work, it's already noon. Half my messages probably went unread.
The ones that actually matter, the real opportunities, the clients who actually want to talk, they’re buried in there somewhere. But I don’t see them, because I’m stuck chewing through noise.
Why I Actually Care About This
I’ve been building email products for years. Woodpecker was my thing, cold email automation. Then I worked on GetResponse. I know email inside and out. It's the only environment where I actually feel competent.
But even with all that experience, even knowing how email works better than most people, I still can't keep my head above water. Every day I'm jumping between:
- My personal inbox
- My work inbox
- A client inbox
- Three Slack workspaces
- LinkedIn (when I remember to check it)
- Random business tools I signed up for
Tab switching is killing me. Seriously. By 2 PM I'm exhausted just from the logistics of managing where messages are.
What I really wanted was stupidly simple: one place. That's it. One place where the messages that actually matter show up, where I can see the full conversation without hunting, and where I can actually focus on replying instead of hunting.
So We Built It
Meshline is basically what I wished existed.
One inbox. All your channels. Everything that matters in one place.
Here's how it works:
You connect your email accounts. Your Slack. Your LinkedIn. Whatever you're using. Everything flows into one unified inbox, but here's the key: you're not drowning in noise. We use AI to surface the stuff that actually needs your attention. High-intent messages. People who want to do business. Conversations that matter.
When you look at a message, you see the full context. No more digging through threads. We show you the history, what was said, what you promised. And if the thread is long? We summarize it. You get the gist in seconds.
Want to reply? We suggest something based on what's already been said. One click and you're done. It actually works.
Less switching between apps. Less time wasted on email busywork. More time actually closing deals or building real relationships.
This Isn't Just for Me (Though I'm Being Honest, It Totally Started That Way)
I spend a lot of time around outbound teams and agencies. And what I see is the same problem, just at scale.
A sales team managing 300 email accounts across multiple clients. People checking inbox A, then inbox B, then Slack, then the client dashboard, then back to email. They're context-switching every 90 seconds. No wonder deals slip through the cracks.
Ownership gets lost. Nobody knows who's supposed to follow up. Messages get missed. Revenue gets left on the table.
We started building Meshline for me, but pretty quickly realized we were onto something bigger. This isn't about some fancy inbox redesign. This is about actually fixing how modern teams handle communication.
We built it with outbound operations best practices in mind. We know how these teams work. We know what kills productivity. And we built something that actually fits into how people actually work, not how some product person thinks they should work.
What We're Actually Trying to Do
Three things:
Strip away the noise so you see what matters. Turn message chaos into something that actually makes sense. And most importantly, help you not miss opportunities that could turn into real revenue.
That's the whole thing. No complicated mission statement. Just solving the problem.
Starting with Email, Building Toward Everything
Right now, we're laser-focused on email. It's where most of your customer conversations actually happen. It's the backbone. We're making email inbox management not suck.
But here's the thing: we know you're talking to customers everywhere. Email today. LinkedIn tomorrow. Slack messages. Text. Whatever comes next.
The roadmap is clear: we're building toward a truly unified inbox. One place where every customer touch lands, no matter the channel. Where you see the full relationship with someone, not just their emails.
That's the vision. But we're not there yet. We're being honest about it. Email first. But if you want to shape how we build this out, which channels matter, how we organize it, what you actually need, come join the beta. Help us build the unified inbox your customers deserve.
Want In?
We're opening up the private beta right now.
If you're dealing with email chaos every day, if you've lost track of an important message, if you just want your inbox back: come check it out.
Early access to the beta. Get to shape what this becomes next. And yeah, founder pricing for anyone who jumps in now.
This is your chance to influence the roadmap. Tell us which channels matter most. Show us how you actually work. Help us build this the right way.
We're just getting started, and honestly, we'd love to build this with people who actually have this problem.
Let's go.
